Brandywine Valley Senior Softball Association (BVSSA)

BVSSA is an organization that offers men 60 years and older, the opportunity to play quality, competitive, recreational, slow pitch softball in the greater West Chester area. The guiding principles of the association
are: player safety, fun, excellent competition through team parity within divisions, healthy and abiding respect for the game. The league is registered with the Amateur Softball Association (ASA) and is governed
by the general rules set forth by the ASA for Senior Softball.

The league is divided into two divisions, Silver and Gold based on player on-field abilities. Silver Division games are played Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Gold Division games are played on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Spring/summer leagues play from mid-April through July, the fall season is from September through November, and an indoor Winter Season at United Sports Center in Downingtown, PA.
